Vacation
- Full Time: 40 hrs after six (6) months
- Accrue 3.34 hrs per pay period from six months
through completion of 3rd year

- Long Term: 60% of monthly salary to a max of
$15,000 per month after 90 days total or partial disability
401(k) Profit Sharing Plan
- Provided through MFS Retirement Services, Inc.
- Employees are eligible to participate on their 1st payroll period
after their hire date
- Available to both Full Time and Part Time employees who are at least

- Omni currently matches 100% of the first 5% the employee contributes

Sick Leave
- Full Time: 80 hours after 90 days and every annual
anniversary thereafter. Max accrual = 320 hours
- Part Time: 40 hours after 90 days and every annual
anniversary thereafter. Max accrual = 160 hours
Bereavement Leave
- Omni provides up to 3 paid days off upon the
death of a qualified family member.
