Requesting a Visa Check Card

OmniAmerican Bank provides a free VISA® Check Card with all of our personal checking accounts so you can enjoy convenient access to funds at any time from any location.  Arrangements for your initial check card are processed with your personal banker when you open an account. 

From time to time, it may be necessary to replace your Visa Check Card.  We realize this process can cause some inconvenience and are dedicated to minimizing the disruption as much as possible while maintaining the privacy and security of each account. 

If your Visa Check Card has been lost, stolen, or you have received a letter stating that your card has compromised, OmniAmerican Bank offers you three convenient options for securing a new card. 

  • Phone - If you would like to order a new Visa Check Card over the phone, please contact OmniAmerican Customer Care at Local (817) 335-OMNI (6664), Metro (817) 498-OMNI (6664) or Toll-free Nationwide (866) 670-OMNI (6664).
  • In Person - Visit an OmniAmerican office to complete a new Visa Check Card application.

Print and complete the application, then mail it to:

If you are requesting a new card in response to a compromised card letter, please notate your application with the phrase ‘Compromised Card.’

 

For your protection, your new card and system generated PIN will arrive in separate envelopes within 7 to 10 business days of submission of the application.
