Do I have to use the online payment service?
No. The online payment service is offered for your convenience only, and is one of many payment options available to OmniAmerican Bank customers.

What information will you ask for if I make my payment online?
To make a payment with an ATM debit card, have the following information ready:

  • Your OmniAmerican Bank loan account number located on your statement or coupon
  • The dollar amount you wish to pay
  • The ATM debit number on the front of your card
  • Month/Year expiration date
  • Zip code where your bank statement is mailed
  • Be sure and print out the confirmation page for your records

To make a payment with a checking account, have the following information ready:

  • Your OmniAmerican Bank loan account number located on your statement or coupon
  • The dollar amount you wish to pay
  • The routing number and checking account number. The routing number is the 9-digit identifier that is specific to your bank. It is located between two symbols on the bottom left-hand side of the check. Your checking account number immediately follows your bank’s routing number as the second set of numbers (see illustration).

  • Be sure and print out the confirmation page for your records

Is there a maximum payment that can be made with OmniFast Pay?
Yes. The maximum payment allowed is $2500.00

Why would the ‘Authorize’ or ‘Next’ buttons be gray when making an online payment?
You may have a pop-up blocker on your computer.  It must be turned off to make a payment. You must also be using Internet Explorer since Netscape and many other Internet browsers are not supported through this system. Also verify all of the fields on the screen have been filled in with the correct information. All fields must be appropriately updated in order to proceed to the next page.

What confirmation do I receive when I make an online payment?
You will receive a confirmation number that appears on a separate page after you submit your online payment. We encourage you to wait after you submit your online payment for the confirmation page to load and to record the confirmation number or print the page for your records.

Can I retrieve my confirmation number if I did not record it at the time I made my payment?
Yes. In the case of ATM debit card or ACH/electronic check payments, please call (866) 405-7874 to receive the confirmation number.

All payments made before 6:00 p.m. CST will be posted to your account that same business day (except on weekends or holidays). Payments made after 6:00 p.m. CST will be posted to your account the following business day (except on weekends or holidays).
