For your financial protection, your funds are federally insured up to $100,000 by the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (NCUSIF), an arm of the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). The NCUA is an U.S. Government agency.  Individual retirement Accounts (IRAs) are federally insured separately up to $100,000 by the NCUSIF.

A blanket bond protects OmniAmerican's assets against fire, theft, fraud, robbery and more. Furthermore, OmniAmerican is required to maintain on a daily basis an adequate amount of funds in reserves to help assure a sound, strong and continuing operation.

As a state chartered financial institution, OmniAmerican is audited by the Texas Credit Union Department and an independent auditing firm.
